This is the second Pilot we have purchased at Shockley Honda. Our first Pilot, a 2007 model that was serviced exclusively at the Shockley service center, has been a very reliable vehicle. That's the reason we looked at the Honda Pilot as our new vehicle. The crew at Shockley Honda has always been professional and welcoming and this new car purchase experience was no different. Gary Brooks - The Honda Dude, our sales representative, was not only professional - my husband and I think he's a Honda genius - but very personable and accommodating. He certainly helped us decide to buy our new Pilot from Shockley; him and the excellent service we received over the years from Shockley's Service Center. Thanks to Gary and all the awesome Shockley crew that helped with our purchase; in particular Mattie (I think) the accessory sales person, our finance person and new vehicle gadget professor (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) were all extremely helpful and a credit to Shockley Honda.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1.  My experience was perfect all the way up until I received my first bill from some random bank that does not allow you to pay online.  It was not made explicit to.me that Honda Finance is actually a front organization that quickly sells the loan.  Make that clear to future customers.  It's 2018 and I now have the pleasure of mailing in a check each month for the next five years.  Pathetic.

The sales and service team is top notch at this dealership! My sales rep, Tony, got me into the car I wanted and worked with me to us the best deal for our money. I had come into the dealership late to checkout the President’s day deals, and even though the dealership was supposed to be closing up shop, the sales team stuck around to make sure my deal went through! Great service from a great crew.

We had a great buying experience from Shockley.  We knew the car we wanted, worked with Ricky the salesman and Brian the finance manager, and it was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced.   Kudos to Shockley and their staff for the great customer service.
