Sold my vehicle with ease!! Jennifer was so friendly it was like talking to an old friend!!! Pretty straight forward service they will tell you all you need to know before your appointment. I would recommend we buy any cars if you are looking to get rid of your car/truck quickly and don't want to sell it on your own.

Great experience. In and out with a check in 90 minutes or so. Plus a $1000 better offer than another major car dealer in the area. Let's just say the other dealer didn't "max" out their offer.
I sold my car due to relocation, and didn't want the hassle of a private sale due to time constraints and having to deal with gobshites and tire kickers. This was definitely the better option of the two. Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable and competent, and definitely gives off the vibe of being on everyone's team. I like the company's business ethic of high volume/low unit profit, and it certainly gives the feel of everyone getting the biggest possible slice of the pie. Let's not forget that they aren't in business to lose money, but they gave me a bigger share of the profit than anyone else in the area offered.
Highly recommended service, go there first. You won't need to go anywhere else, but if you do go anywhere else, you'll be back.

We had a very good experience with WBAC in Frederick.  Jennifer was very helpful and very professional through the whole process.  I didn't want to deal with the hassles of selling to an individual through Craigslist or something similar.  It was great to work with people who knew what they were doing and made the process as painless as possible.
