Had an excellent experience with Robin and the sales staff! Found a car I liked in Laurel, and Robin had it shipped over to Frederick for me to test drive. Loved the car, though it was missing a map SD card for the onboard GPS, so Robin made sure the card was replaced immediately. Friendly, professional, no-hassle, and treated me and my family well. The car passed a third party inspection with flying colors, and has been driving flawlessly for the past month. Will definitely look at CarMax Frederick again for our next car purchase!

Bought my used Sonata Hybrid two weeks ago and had a 25 point inspection at the local Hyundai dealership and they were amazed at the shape it was in and gave it all thumbs up! Then I went to get my first fill up after two weeks and I couldn't get the gas tank door open. I drove from the station to the Car Max Service center and they took me in immediately, discerned the problem, ordered me the part that was needed   and called me two days later when it was in. I dropped off the car and they had it ready within an hour. All at no charge!! I wish I had discovered CarMax sooner. It's been a most pleasant experience both in the purchasing and so far with the service department as well.

We had to come back for a second service call. I was not very pleased about this. Things happen but I felt heard and taken care of. Bethany went out of her way to communicate with us and ensure that our trouble would be addressed. We will definitely use CarMax service again.  Had someone else handled our concern with less empathy, not sure we would.  Thanks Bethany. Great Job!

Robin was a big help for me in buying my first car.  She helped me find an affordable car for my budget.  She helped me get financing.  I highly recommend her to others for an honest transaction.

I absolutely love CarMax!  This was my 4th purchase from them and I could not be happier.  Every car I have ever bought has been so reliable.  I had one car I bough that had an issue with the steering and they fixed it within my 30 day warranty for free.  They provided me with a car to drive while it was being fixed too!  My favorite thing about CarMax is the fact that they take care of tags and registration on site.  I can say that they do price their cars a little higher than some dealers but it is so worth it! They guarantee no flood or frame damaged cars and do a 125 point inspection.  Even with bad credit, I was approved by bank each time I applied.  I love CarMax!
