I went here today to apply for a home and the staff was super sweet. The park looked very nice and clean and it was quiet. They are super willing to help. Even though its 1000 to move in the utilities are included! Even if i don't get approved and i hope i do i think this is a very nice place to live.

Very unconsidering people. I was renting from them paid my rent on time and rent is so expensive to begin with and when I decided to move I gave a notice I was leaving paid $700 towards rent and instead of doing a prorate and getting my money back because I only stayed a week and half they kept the money!!! Now I’m left to figure where to go and how to eat with my 3 year old son but they didn’t car i asked for at least $200 back so I can pay a weekly rent else where but they have no heart!!! I would rent from them again!!Thier fees are insane as well and the trailers aren’t even that nice to be paying $900 a month for a 2 bedroom !

I have lived in the East Tampa area for over 13 years. I have been a tenant of EZ Living MHP (off and on) for ten of the 13 years. I have been here to witness ownership change hands three times. The present owner and his management team are doing an excellent job bringing and keeping this MHP up to date and up to code. It is a very quite and safe community. The mobile homes, although not new, are clean, well maintained and on occasion inspected by management to ensure that the tenant is living comfortably. What I have witnessed the last 2 or 3 years that this present owner has had this park is continuous improvement Continuous modification. My neighbors are friendly and my spouse and myself enjoy living here.
