Run...don't walk. RUN from this place! Dropped a friend off here. And in the 10 minutes I waited for him I was accosted by a resident. Told to GET OUT of their parking space...then I was threatened with violence. Bad area. Bad place. Bad vibe.

This is not " good sam" no! Unless you like getting spyed on while u shower or bomfire party outside girls restroom​, laundry,nightly. And when u complain u get told to hit the road!! Nothing was done about peeper he still resides at Park as far as we know, not to mention it's in the worst part of Tampa with drugs,hookers,strip clubs, on every corner. BEWARE, KEEP DRIVING!!! Obviously the people who r giving this place 4 and 5 stars are the happy hookers and drug dealers thrilled they have found a place that not only allows it but encourages it and partakes in it. They try changing name to get rid of bad reviews​,this is Tampa Rv Park and Nebraska RV park! Please don't bring ur family here! I don't want anyone to have to go through what my wife and I have had to deal with,God bless!! Pretty pics r not from RV park,we posted them by accident and can't remove them now

BEWARE. My wife was spyed on in shower! When we went to management John (dink) to complain we we're told to leave. Drugs and prostitution in being ran out of park and management is involved! Please don't bring ur family here! It is not a good sam park and when they receive police report for peeping incendent, I was assured by good sam they would no longer be a member!! Keep driving and not to mention there is a serial killer that is on the loose that has killed 4 people all within a few blocks from park. There r also sex 6 sexual predators inside under fake names!

Nasty Place, Stay Away! We never even stayed there BECAUSE of what happened when we pulled in! We arrived at night and my wife had to use the restroom so I dropped her off and went to check in. Three minutes later she came running up to me and said, "we are leaving, this place is disgusting!" She said the man who lived next to the bathroom, a huge man with no shirt on and a ton of junk in his lot, looked her up and down as she was entering the restroom. Then, while she was in there, she heard him make comments about her nice body to his friends and that he'd like to "do her" (he used a much more explicit term.) I guess there were a bunch of them drinking with this guy and so sex talk started. My poor wife was shaking. While she was being sexually harassed in the bathroom, I had driven around and the place is a DUMP and so we got the heck out of there. Lot's of long timers with junk in the yard, broken down old cars, etc. No pool, narrow lots and in a bad neighborhood. Seriously? HOW this place is listed on Good Sam is beyond me. To make matters worse, we stopped at a 7-11 about a block away to park for a moment to find another RV park to go to. A guy came up to our window and asked what kind of high we were looking for. Stay away...nasty people, nasty place!
