My husband and I have been recently looking for affordable places around Tampa, drove through here and seen there was a trailer for rent so we got an application, filled it out and called the number on the door at least 20 times with not one answer and the voicemail hasn't been set up. So I decided to call the second number on there, which was a man who had absolutely no clue about the rentals and he would relay the message and I never received a call back so I called again because we need a place, like yesterday. well the guy was extremely rude. I'm not one to complain but he didn't even try to help, and just kept getting an attitude. I am extremely dissapointed. If you are in this profession, you treat potential renters with respect or you need to find a job where you don't work around people. if I'm willing to giving you my money I expect more than what this trailer park gives.

They tell you everything you want to hear to get you in the doors and they don't want to do nothing told them my roof is falling in my living room so they climbed on top and said I have a roof over on my trailer so its not leaking I never said nothing about a week I said the roof inside my trailer is falling down and the bad part about it is the manager actually came over here and looked and seen the roof is falling down inside the trailer and told me that's not on the top of her list that's just one experience I've been here 1 month I'm ready to move out don't move in to Breezewood mobile home park btw the manager bobby Gregory had a warrant for her arrest
