Very old park and it looks it. Neighbors friendly and nice. Heard neighbors talking about break ins at end of snowbird season into old metal sheds and also stealing items that could be sold at local flea market. So obviously was nervous. Had nice pool, shuffle board, playground. Sun Communities recently purchased property.

This is mostly a mobile home park. Few transit sites. Roads are very narrow and are not big rig friendly. People are very nice and bathrooms are clean.

I LOVED living here. The park is very clean and quiet .The only reason I moved is because I relocated to Gainesville. The management was excellent. They were very kind and courteous. I had a few issues with the AC in my park rental and they even offered to put me up in another park rental until AC was fixed. The manager even gave me a credit on my electric bill for the inconvenience which was actually no inconvenience at all. I'm moving my elderly father in soon.
