I have lived here with my husband and 2 children for the last year and a half. I have nothing bad to say. Rent is very reasonable and comparable to other places in the area. If we have a maintenance problem the office staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate. They send over help right away. Maintenance guys know what they are doing and always remedy the issue. We enjoy living here. It's safe and clean. Would recommend this apartment complex.

I stayed here with my family for an year and had an amazing experience. Loved the community. I lived in Building 6, Unit 7A and this unit was the best. It was a one bed, one bath with a separate dining room. We had new carpet, centralized heat and A/C, and optimum was our cable provider. Whenever there was an issue with anything, David is the man!!! He would come in like 10-15 mins and would do everything to make us comfortable. The rental office staff is also friendly and professional. The community is quite, and safe. The Mount Olive Police patrols round the clock. Not too far from Netcong shoprite/Flanders shoprite, walmart, McDonalds, Burger King, Target, Costco. The only con is that you have to pay the rent by writing checks and mailing it to their office in Mountainside, NJ. I have also uploaded few pics that I have taken during my stay here. I have captured so many beautiful sunsets from the patio.

Over the last ten years residing in this complex, the more what's advertised is false.  The appliances are over 20 years out of date and or not energy saving.  Not one apartment has the A/C working, almost all tenants buy their own.  The interior maintenance is terrible and only get fixed per inspector visit.  Laundry facilities are always out of order, as well as hot water constantly going off.  Show removal is terrible and all I talking about is clearing a path from the driveway to the main road and no salting is done.

Not a bad place to live, especially for the price. Prices were the cheapest in the area. I've been here for about a year and I honestly love it. I've never had any problems. I had one maintenance issue and they came in a timely manner and fixed it and haven't had any problems since! The ladies in the office are friendly and were helpful the few times I called. Overall a good place to live! I plan on staying!
