I lived at Kings Village for 6 years in a one and two bedroom apartment and I can only say nothing but good things. The office staff was always helpful/kind to me and the maintenance staff is great as well. I've only had two issues in my apartment while I lived there and they were fixed within 24 hours by the maintenance team. Also important is during snow days they are quick to clean out the complex which is great.

I lived in Kings Village for the last 2 years. Sarah in the rental office is extremely kind & accommodating - it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her over the past 2 years. 

Additionally, the maintenance staff was incredible (especially Tom who went above & beyond). They were always available and came within hours any time we made a service call. 

Our apartment came with beautiful hard wood floors, brand new dishwasher and AC Unit. We never had any issues with parking or late night noise. Overall, I highly recommend King Village if you are looking for an affordable place to live in Mt. Olive!

The lease process was seamless and I am excited to move to Kings Village! Sarah made sure we had all the information we needed, told us exactly what information she needed (and when), and was more than accommodating with our schedule, she is fantastic and kind! Kings Village is well maintained and is a peaceful area. Our apartment is beautiful for our small growing family and is a place we know we will be happy to call home.

I have lived here for about 1.5 years now and it's been a complete pleasure. I love it so much that I commute 45-60 mins per day to my job and don't even mind. Besides the complex being clean and spacious, the entire area is so serine and quiet; I barely hear anything. Any maintenance issues I have are fixed the same day. Sarah at the rental office couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. She's one of the main reasons the experience is so amazing. I love my balcony and the pool (as well as my giant walk in closet). Couldn't be happier!

I've been living at Kings Village for about 1.5 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I moved into a newly upgraded one bedroom 2nd floor apartment. The kitchen was renovated with new appliances, cabinets, countertops and tile floor and the bathroom was completely new which was great! There is a lot of storage and I love being able to have plants on my balcony. The area is pretty quiet and there is a lot to do close by. For quite a large complex, the grounds are impeccably maintaine; I have rarely ever seen a stitch of trash on the ground. Sarah in the main office and the maintenance crew are always very helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions I have. Overall I have been very pleased with my experience living at Kings Village and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in the area.
