No accountability in the staff or crew.
Things stolen, property damaged, and no help from the office when these things occur.
"Snow removal included" is more like GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WAIST HIGH PLOW PILE IN THE MORNING RIGHT AFTER SOMEONE STOLE YOUR ONLY SHOVEL.
Moved in about a year and a half ago and it was awesome, but has steadily declined to the point of wondering whether or not I actually need to move to what I THOUGHT was the worst apartment complex in the area.

I am a current resident of Village Green.  I pay over $1500 for a two bedroom apartment.  Your bill will vary because heat and hot water are NOT included.  The maintenance and administrative staff are friendly, polite, and address issues to the best of their ability.  

Snow and ice are always an issue here.  Crews are slow to remove snow, so make sure you get yourself some waterproof boots.  Today a little boy fell on ice at the bus stop.

I've had issues with the bill too.  SDK sends out bills late and then charges late fees.  Ridiculous!

I went there last year to look at a 2 bedroom  apartment with my roommate. It was a very unpleasant experience as the woman who showed us the apartment was clearly prejudiced in a subtle way. My roommate is half native American indian and half African-American. The rental agent quoted one price on the phone and when we got there, the price went up $400.00. She gave some excuse about prices changing daily.

Loved this place ... big apartments with a very peaceful and green surrounding.
maintainence staff is friendly and fixes issues on time. Parking is never a problem. Have a grocery store withing 2 miles... no indian store nearby so you gotta go to parsipanny approx 20 miles...only issue with apartment was walls are very thin so you can hear almost everything of your neighbour.
1 star deducted becoz they charged me 150$ for leaving house unclean whereas i had to call cleaners when i moved in and conveyed this msg to staff as well
