I  spent approximately 4.5 hours at the UnityPoint ER last night with my sister and brother-in-law.  He was having SEVERE headaches and needed answers.  In walks Dr. Dowden, one of the most caring concerned ER doctors I have met.  He took time to get all the information he could do help, did all of the appropriate tests and spoke with additional physicians to make sure the appropriate follow-up would be provided. He did everything he could to try to alleviate the pain for him.  This morning I cannot find the words to do him justice.  He's great!!
