Anyone else think it’s weird that management only replies to good reviews? I think it goes to show how the place is run. I honestly can't believe this place has an average of 3 stars. Our waiter was really nice and attentive but other than that the experience was awful. The food is overpriced and mine was cold. Everything looks and tastes microwaved. I honestly wouldn't waste your money here. Go somewhere else. Update: two hours later and my boyfriend and I are sick. I honestly want my money back..

Love this place anywhere except wake Forest location. Took 20 minutes for our server to acknowledge us yet 2 employees were at the table next to us playing with a baby. All food was cold and took forever and it wasn't busy at all. Seems to be no manager ever. Overall always disappointing and bad service. I believe all employees should be aware of all the customers. Whether a server, host, cashier...if your not doing anything help make sure everyone is good or look around to see if anyone needs something. I will continue to visit the Kinston one that's always been great. Done with this one.

Pub pretzels are amazing. Wings were good too. The most wing flavors I've seen. Service was good, quick, and friendly. Definitely will be back.

Came here today and was very disappointed and I’ve been here a few times. It was super slow when I went and my server was hardy around. I am a server so I know when it’s slow, to focus better on a table. I also saw another table complain because they weren’t having great service and had to have the manager involved... another issue with this is most of the employees just stand around and talk. There was a group standing beside my booth talking. I don’t know if there was a server computer behind me or what, but that’s still rude because someone was standing right next to my seat leaning against the booth. Another thing I noticed is my booth seat was disgusting, didn’t look like it’d been cleaned.. and the visit before this, the bartender charged me for ranch with my wings and I never even asked for extra ranch. I feel I should be charged only for extra. So I paid a dollar something for ranch I assumed came with wings like most places do. Overall the food is great, the service just needs work.

A great option for date night, game night or getting together with friends and family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and the owner and managers often walk around the dining room to mingle with guests. There's patio seating if you enjoy sitting outside. My wife and I go for $.65 wing night on Mondays. Its generally not terribly busy except for on weekends, so be sure you swing by on Monday or Thursday for their wing nights.
