Not my favorite. With so many other Mexican restaurants in the area, I don't think I'll be coming here again. I went based on a friend's recommendation and it's fairly close to home. I think it would be fine for the basic combos - as the chicken burrito and beef taco were good, but I did not like the chips, salsa, guacamole or carnitas. Just seemed very low quality/cheap. It was either overcooked or just not a good quality meat to start with... The guacamole was weird and watery. The salsa and chips has no flavor and they were stale. However the staff was very friendly, so I chose to leave 3 stars. A little disappointed with it being so close to home.

Since moving to Raleigh, it has been one of our missions to eat our way through the city. Las Margaritas in Wake Forest was next on our list of Mexican restaurants to feast at. Started with the queso dip -- yum. We ordered 2 fajita plates (shrimp & beef/chicken) and they were both delicious (big portions). My son had a kids soft taco & burrito combo coated in cheese -- also yum. Victor, our server, was really attentive and took great care of us. My son wanted to give him a hug at the end of dinner and Victor was more than happy to oblige. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Our favorite local restaurant! Great atmosphere where you are treated like family. Great service and delicious food. Top notch Margaritas as well.

Super friendly staff, I had Victor and he was so good. I got drinks(super delicious!! I didn't taste the alcohol so I downed it and got really nauseous, lol) dinner special, and a dessert and it was delicious. Super quick when putting order out and awesome place overall. 👍

Ate here for lunch. Ordered the lunch special with a beef burrito and taco. The burrito had nothing inside it except ground beef- no rice,no beans, no cheese - nothing but very bland ground beef. There was not any sides of rice or beans though I believe the menu said the lunch special included these, with the option of a side salad instead. Taco had the same ground beef, some lettuce and cheese. Nothing else. Very bland. Not sure why this place is rated so highly. Taco Bell is better.
