The patio is one of the most beautiful little places by the canal. 
The inside is set up a bit like a club but it's nice. 
The service was a circus.
when we first got there, there was a small crowd, two people behind the bar one seemingly a barback. They were serving a group of people at the end, then ignored us. Kept walking in and out of the kitchen and arguing.
All of a sudden some of the group at the got up and started filing behind the bar. One of guys stopped right away and grabbed us drinks. Basic beer list here. 
Multiple people kept going in and out of the kitchen, back behind the bar and out, and they didn't seem to be serving. It was confusing. 
One girl who was serving grabbed some food and took her break in the lounge. 
When we went to the patio people kept going downstairs, including the staff, several times. I peaked down later and it was a dark area with couches where they were smoking or something.
Staff's a bit of a party zone, should be on Bar Rescue. But I'll come back to see the patio again.

We asked about the hookah. We were given a description of the person and told to find her. When she happens to walk by we find out the Hookah is 75.  OVERPRICED!!! We were told the kitchen was closed then saw someone ordering food. When we inquired we were told the kitchen was closed for a minute, now we're open. No thanks...I'll take my money elsewhere.  Somewhere that appreciates their customers.

Went to East End on a recent early Friday evening in late March to meet a colleague for drinks and apps.  Great place!  Looked very clean and newly remodeled inside.  Bartenders were very friendly, prices decent and appetizers were great.  I had the app stable quesadilla, but this one was about the best I ever had.  Not just boring cheddar but cheddar, mozzarella and vegetables.  Bartender told me they have a large deck outside for spring/summer.  I would definitely come back.

Love this place! Great location right on the water with an awesome patio. Food is delicious, drinks are great and service is awesome! One of my favorite spots in the flats!!

Very cool place right on the water. A little down from the rest of the flats so doesn't get as crowded. The food is above average and prices are reasonable.
