Came in last week to look at some options on certified used trucks. I was immediately greeted by Charles Robertson, he was extremely professional and easy to talk to right from the start. What stood out to me was the fact that he was more concerned about me being happy and getting what I want in terms of my budget and type of vehicle than trying to sell me something. I was there for a few hours but dealing with Charles and the rest of the team there, it felt like only minutes went by. The most relax and easiest car purchase I ever made. I highly recommend East Hills Chevrolet and Charles Robertson.

I had been looking for the right car for almost a. Month.  My friend recomended  I see Alex, he was great. He treated me with respect and I was impressed by his willingness to help me out.   I am very  thankful to have found him.  I would highly recommend anyone to go see him if they need a car.

I came in here with my father looking for a sedan. After browsing for a few minutes, salesman Chris Ng came up to us. He was very polite and answered all my fathers questions. He was fluent in Chinese as well and that helped my father understand more about the cars he was interested in.  He did not pressure us into buying anything, but just informed us about the cars and helped us compare prices. Wonderful salesman!

I went to East Hills Chevrolet in Douglaston to look at pick-up trucks with my friend. The salesperson, Joyce Gold,  knew more about pick-up trucks than we could ever imagine. It was a wonderful experience and my friend drove off in a beautiful new Chevy pick-up. East Hills made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend East Hills Chevrolet and Joyce Gold!
