After purchasing several cars in my lifetime, this was my first enjoyable buying experience.  Customer service was excellent, I found the perfect car that fit my desires and budget. I walked out with a used car that was in immaculate condition. JD had my car detailed to perfection, I even received several follow up calls  to ensure my car was running smoothly.

I bought a car from Luxury Autos of Great Neck about 3 months ago. I highly recommended this dealership, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. My car was, and still is in perfect condition. I would definitely go back to Luxury Autos to buy my future cars.

If you want a car, than Luxury Autos of Great Neck is a really good place to buy from. It has everything  customers need, most importantly good prices. I would recommend this place to everyone, also I wanted to pay attention to our auto auction repokar,  it's an online car trading company, which is available from every corner of the country, we do everything to satisfy our customers whether they buy here or sell their cars.

This is my first ever Google review but I felt it was necessary to let my voice be heard. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are RUDE and inconsiderate. Cars have high miles and over priced. I was originally interested in a BMW I thought was fitting but after doing research I found another at his dealership that seemed as it was a better deal (at the time). After I called John and told him I was interested in another vehicle but asked if we could negotiate a price, he was insulting and rude. Told me I had MONETARY issues if I couldn't pay sticker price. Not to mention the fees are ABSURD. They charge $300 for plates which you can buy yourself for $25. John, JD and the finance guy were all RUDE and manipulating. I offered to put $1000 down towards the CAR and they moved it around and tried saying they would pay my insurance for 6 months and plate fees ($300) so they could pile on interest. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership who has integrity and treats you with respect.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. I have been very careful the past 3 years at rebuilding my credit. I came here picked a car. We went through the whole process and they gave me a great deal. They had me transfer my insurance onto the new vehicle and ran my credit for the approval. I was approved and going to pick it up the next day. They put it off and then finally after 5 days made up some excuse that the car needed parts that were expensive and they couldn't seek it anymore. I had a Freind call and they told him they sold it the previous day (obviously someone offered them more, so they ran my credit and had me transfer insurance for no reason) rather then being honost, they lied. John is who I dealt with in financing. Then when I called they ignored my call 3 times, I called from blocked and they answered immediately. I've never been to such an unprofessional, sleazy dealership in my life and that's saying a lot!!!
