Our services include family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health and dental care. We offer a sliding scale for those in need. Our doors will always be open to serve your health needs, regardless of ability to pay.

If I could give this place a zero I would. DO NOT bring your children here. I called set up an appointment for my child to get a referral to mental health I asked to not not be sent to four oaks it was a conflict of interest since I was an employee the dr told me I had to bring my child there when I told them I’ll do some research and find my own mental health provider they called dhs claiming I refused medical care. The dhs worker said they were crazy!! Now let’s go to the dental portion. I went in because of some slight pain. The dr set me up to get a  root canal done with another company. When I get there that dr said there was no way I needed one I actually did not need any work done besides a cleaning. Please don’t use these ppl they are out to take your money, your teeth, and your babies!!

Might as well stay home and die.  After numerous Drs. at EIHC told me that my heart and lungs "sound great," ...and after being told I have severe spondylitis, but not being told what to do about it, I switched my medical care over to a doctor in the Mercy network.  Oops! Apparently, I have cardiovascular disease!  Amazing how the Mercy doctor saw the heart problem on the first visit!  Utilize EIHC only if you have no other option, and even then, do so with caution.

Karen R. and Amy are both absolutely outstanding and I strongly recommend them and Eastern Iowa Health Center. They are very kind hearted people who truly care about their patients. Thank you for everything Karen and Amy, you two are the BEST!  -Blake

Very unorganized, rude staff. The quality of care given has Definetly deteriorated over the last 2 years! People deserve better, this place is not it!!!! *Updated April 20th 2022* Phoned to get a med refill, again dealt with a very rude nurse! Looking for a new doc for our whole family ASAP!

The best. All around! Love my Dr and Dentist and Therapist. They are so accommodating, informative, and friendly. Added plus, is that you are basically seen right away.  Remember the old days when you waited  forever in....... the waiting room! And then in the exam room?! None of that nonsense here.

This place is insanely disorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Kyle himself is great and took his time with my son and was great with him. But I’ve had to call the office 3 times to get a form faxed and it still hasn’t been done. I gave today as a timeline and have been told every time that they were sending it. It’s down to the last minute now and I’m waiting on a callback because when you call, you have to talk to someone who’s not even in the same office, so they have no answers. They note your account and you get a callback. I absolutely hate everything about their process and I’ll absolutely never use this office again. Here’s hoping they actually follow through on the form so my son can continue going to daycare.

I had 2 pregnancies through here. Extremely looong wait times, incompetent employees who talked to Everyone else but you, on the phone or in person, didnt know what to do when I called for my first prenatal appointment check today, she literally talked to everyone else around her for 10 minutes, then put me on hold and tried putting appointments on random days when I told her no. I hung up and I'm going somewhere that doesnt have idiot workers and doctors who dont show up until AFTER the baby is born to claim credit. This place is dirty, the people that go here are even dirtier, and this place is a joke. Do not recommend.

This is probably the worst place to go for healthcare half the time you can't get in the other half your primary doctor doesn't work there no more in the person that they have doesn't give a s***

Doctor James Livermore is a great man and an amazing peds Doctor. My son loves going to see him. He is a very sweet and kind person and takes his time explaining things to me and discussing my Concerns and inquiries. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family.

If you need to see a doctor for whatever reason, this place is really good. My kids and I are very satisfied with this place. Dr. Sahakyan is a good one to see as well as anyone else. In/out. They are always asking if their is anything else they can do for you before they send you on your way. Thumbs up from me.
