Every single time I go, only the best customer
service! Year after year!

The young man behind the counter is professional, prompt, courteous, remembers customers, listens well, and multitasks like a boss. Because of him, I give this place 5 stars. Great customer service from a excellent individual.

Really great service. They did a big copy job for me and I was very impressed with the prices and quality! I've shipped a few things here before also and never had a problem!

Well... I want to give this 4 stars but I cant.  The people who work there are an absolute joy, they obviously love their job and we're welcoming and patient explaining how everything worked.  But unfortunately, when I sent a fragile item thru their services, it arrived at my customer's home damaged.  It had been packaged incorrectly and torn.  It wasn't too bad, but enough to warrant a refund to my customer.  So, employees get 5 stars, but the service gets only 3.  It'd get 2 stars if it weren't for the employees.
