Was home all morning. My carrier apparently refuses to get out to deliver a certified piece of mail. I now have to wait til Monday!! Lazy ass!

I don't know what the fuss is, I have never had problems with them. One of the girls that work out front, Leslie, is a very pleasant person and is always helping cheerfully. I was there today, they were VERY busy, and all I needed was a passport application. They could see I was in a hurry and although I was 3rd back they asked if there was something they could get me quickly. I said "a passport application please" and they popped it out to me and I was on my way. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm sure every business has mistakes but if YOUR attitude is right theirs is right every time. :-)

ITS PRETTY SAD I GOT A LETTER FROM THE POSTAL OFFICE SAYING THERE SORRY FOR THE MESS UP ENVELOPE THAT THE CARD CAME IN ..I DONT KNOW WHERE MY CHRISTMAS CARD IS BUT I JUST GOT AN EMPTY ENVELOPE AND IT HAD MY 2 SMALL BOYS GIFT CARDS INSIDE FROM MY AUNT SHE LIVES HRS AWAY AND IT SAD I DIDNT GET THEM ..HAD TO BE THE POSTAL CARRIER OR INSIDE THE OFFICE THAT TOOK MY CARD AND GIFT CARDS HOPE U ALL ENJOY THEM..SUCH ASHAMED!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO U ALL TO..THIEFS!!!!😢😢

If I could give the Republic MO postoffice zero stars I would. They have lost my packages, forgot that I put a 30 day hold on my mail, told me I never came in to put a hold on my mail, yet at the same visit gave me one of my packages that wasn't lost, with the words hold on it. They are never sorry when they lose your packages multiple times, deliver your mail to someone else on multiple occasions, and really act like they could not care less. I actually moved from this town cause I was so tired of there horrible service.
