Apparently the new owners have only had this motel for about 6 months. They seem to really care about it and making the customers happy.  The room was clean. A fair price. The grounds were also clean and well lite outside. Our tv didn't work. When I called the front desk they were in the room fixing the problem in UNDER 5 minutes. Staff was polite, respectful and friendly. We travel a lot and plan on returning in the future. We were impressed.

Clean new bedding, new laminate flooring, new everything, everything worked, no funny smells or other people’s hair anywhere, comfortable king size bed. We even had a small fridge, microwave, and tv! We will definitely be back. Such a welcome change from all the grimy and gross motels along the 1-95 corridor.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton but then for $55 per night it is pretty nice clean and comfortable, and friendly.

I screwed up my reservation, bit the staff was very helpful and fixed it upon arrival. The beds were also larger than advertised (queen beds in actuality). Bathroom was recently remodeled and was incredibly clean. All in all, great place to stay. You can't beat the price either!
