My friend and I arrived at the hotel early and we had to pay extra for early check -in although the room was already cleaned. They ended up shutting off the water and it was still off by the time our regular check-in time would have been. They could not give us an estimated time it would be back on. There was a lot of noise outside our room also with drilling and banging. We had to go to a professional function that evening and could not take showers beforehand because the water still was not on. The water was turned on sometime between 5 and 11 pm. Breakfast was described as grab and go and only had coffee to drink. We were told the shuttle bus comes to the hotel at 25 after the hour. It was 10 minutes late with no warning or explanation. I do not think I will be back.

I was disappointed that they only have shampoo. They don't have conditioner or lotion like most hotel's in this price range. I guess it's going to be a frizzy hair day. The ice bucket had no liner. We had to request pillow cases and the shampoo. We had to go down to the front desk to get the basics. There was a kitchenette, but no dishes, silverware or cooking utensils. We had already been to the front desk a few times for linens, and other basic stuff. The service was not great. The front desk lady acted a little annoyed with each request for stuff that should have already been in the room. We have been traveling for a few days now and have been treated far better at every other hotel. Did I mention that the prices of other hotels were far less with far better treatment and service. This is our first night here. It might be our last night.

Although kept clean and building did not appear worn the hallway on the first floor smelled of marijuana. Breakfast consists of oatmeal packets and small snacksize Quaker bars. Coffee ran out before 8am. The attendant was in training was very polite and courteous while the trainer or manager was loud and a bit overbearing. The room did not have trash bags or cans. The two stars are for location and the building maintenance.

Unbelievable! Sandra or Casandra, not sure what her name was as she gave us 2 separate names and was completely rude, nasty and downright hateful. This woman checked us in for a weekend stay and was the trashiest, foulest most unprofessional employee we have ever encountered. If we were managing this facility, she would be fired immediately. We will be filing a formal complaint against her to ESA corporate office once our business is complete and we leave this hotel. Otherwise, even with the renovations occurring at this location, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Poor poor customer service. They want you to come to the front to get whatever you need for the room. Even for towels and bed sheets which by the way wasn't even on the bed. No soap or hand soap and the carpet was nasty. My son crawled around for not 10 mins and his knees were literally black. On top of all that they do not inform you of parking permits, I confirmed with a another guest that was staying there that they do not inform you and our car ended up being towed. Worst experience in lodging.
