Booked this hellhole through Hotwire and it was a huge mistake. It was awful. The bedding in the NON SMOKING ROOM had cigarette burns all over it. My child woke up with a rash all over her face from the pillow. We called and asked for extra towels and was told that there weren't any because the laundry staff wasn't in yet. If you feel like you have to stay here just sleep in your car. 😷

The room was easily accessible. It was poorly cleaned. TV screen was quite dirty. When we turned ac/heat unit on the smoke alarm went off. It looked like someone flicked cigarette ashes in it. One of the face cloths looked as though it had never been laundered. The sheets had holes in them. When asking for water at breakfast we were told there wasn't any as the machine was broken. When checking in  the service was fine but in the morning was very slow.

Seriously, the staff member wouldn’t let us into the lobby to check in because she was scared of our dog (that I was carrying) at a dog friendly hotel?!? It was 35 degrees and windy out. We were freezing while checking in but she could care less. 👎🏾 Not cool... oh ya, our toilet is running and there’s a hole in the back wall of the shower.choice hotel app fail

DON'T STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! The rooms are filthy and nothing works. None of the power outlets worked, the coffee pot was broken and all we were given was a half used shampoo bottle. The room nextdoor had someone banging on the door and threatening to harm the person inside until they finally threw something through the window and shattered it. We called the front desk only to be told to call the cops ourselves. Only positive thing about our terrible stay is that they refunded our money. Do not stay here!

The only thing I craved when I lied down and bounced back on a perfect matress was the ideal weight of 125 lbs of a wild eyed fun sized blond anchoring the back of my head to the Matt even as the rest of my body floated freely in a warpdrived reality that prized petite dickridrrs over everything other than a gushing face riders...
