Summervilles cheapest Motel. You get what you pay for in this case. Don't expect a 5 star motel for $60 a night. It is shelter if you're homeless.
      If you want a 5 star motel then you're gonna pay over $100 or more a night. The owners are very good and take care of the type of people who stay there within their means.

Dirty, killed a bug of some kind on the wall now I can't sleep. Black feet from the floor. Stains on bedding. No visible bed bugs yet. Walls are filthy. Scared to sleep. Stay at own risk

I dont even know where to start.. This place is cheap for a reason. We paid for a few nights and are currently still here, this is the second night we've been here and I just saw a roach crawling behind the microwave in our room. There's water leakage in the room where the ac unit is. The bathroom is discolored yellow and the tub floor is dirty af. The bed sheets feel dirty and have literal burn holes from cigarettes. Speaking of the beds, since I've slept in one of them last night I've been itching constantly today and right now as I type. There was some creepy man last night that was watching me get out of my car and going upstairs slowly until I got out of my car, then when I was walking upstairs he was walking slowly to his room and once I was up the stairs he went to open his room door and then stood there looking down the hallway at me til I went into my room. The latch at the top of the door is hanging onto the door by loose screws, not very safe... And theres a hole in the bathroom door from a big knife. I haven't had to talk to any of the house keepers yet or front desk but my boyfriend asked for some cups this morning and the lady looked at him like he was stupid for asking. The floor is sticky and when we came inside our room yesterday for the first time it smelled like someone died, we went to the Walmart across the street and bought a big can of Lysol and used it on every surface we possibly could, the whole can was used and it still smelled bad in here. I will update if anything else goes down.

If i could give a negative 5 ,I would.This place is horrible. I've stayed in numerous hotels that were cheap and this is the worst one so far. It's infested with cockroaches and yes they know but it looks like they don't care. We told them about the first room they gave us, roaches all over the room. They gave us another room that looked ,ok until the next day, blood on the walls and only God knows what else. Not only do they have a roach problem, it's also drug den. Wanna be dope boys, junkies and prostitutes running around day and night. I've seen more drug deals happen in front of my room than I have my entire life. Last night I saw a drug deal go down in front of me, dude handed the other dude money and asked him to get him 30, gave the dude $30 and then turned and looked at me as if he knew me and asked for a cigarette lol. Wtf ??.?. If you do choose to stay there and you smoke cigarettes, smoke them in your room. You can't even stand outside or sit in your vehicle and smoke without some riff raff asking for a cigarette. And keep your vehicles locked! This place needs shut down.
