Super clean, super friendly staff, outdoor pool only. 2.50$ if you need to use a washing machine, 2.50 for the dryer. Grocery store across the parking lot which is nice. Location is great, down the street from quite a few restaurants and Walmart in case you forgot something. Breakfast buffet varies each morning. They said cookies would be out all day, but I only saw them one day during my stay. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. Very strong police presence in the area.

The room was exceptionally clean and perfectly put together. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and fast! Loved the fact that the soap/lotion supplied was bath and body works brand! Awesome hotel for the price.

The beds are so comfortable and the room is very innovative and up to date. All staff I encoutnered During my stay were super friendly. The hotel was quiet, clean, and user friendly. Highly recommend over other hotels in Summerville.

Stayed a week in business. Great room nice shower plenty of storage. Staff very friendly good coffee good breakfast. Only thing I would like change...earlier breakfast opening.

Nice, new hotel.  Everything looks so good and the staff is excellent.   Why only 1 star?  I stay at a hotel for 1 reason - to get some sleep.  In this hotel, there is a thermostat in the room that will not let the room get any cooler than 69 degrees. I'm a hot sleeper and 69 isn't cool enough.  Who decided on that temperature?

Update:  I heard from the hotel manager today and he assured me that there wasn't a plan to keep the rooms at 69 degrees.  Something must have been wrong with the A/C unit in my room.  Accordingly, I've upgraded the review from 1 star to 4 stars.  There was still a problem with the room so I couldn't give it a 5 star rating.
