The hotel was excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable, and they were very accommodating of my late arrival time. The breakfast was good and the pool was great. The rooms were also clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful employees that work there they care about all the guests that are staying there and care about everything that goes on if your not happy there then they go out their way to make u happy and they love to make everybody happy. Everything is well kept clean and a service is wonderful not to mention they know pretty much everything about the Lowcountry area so if you ever have any questions about what to do or where to eat they know about everything and anything that could make you happy and enjoying your trip to the fullest Mark Kelly the general manager he's the best manager I've ever met in the Hospitality business no matter what goes wrong he makes it better he doesn't like to see a guess leave out of his hotel unsatisfied

I attend a weekly meeting in a conference room. We really like the large room. The guy at the front desk is super friendly. They are very accommodating.

Great room & people were EXCELLENT!!! Best bed in the last 7yrs, pillows so soft I'm buying 3 to take home. Only draw back, no elevator.

Stayed here previously with no problems,  but this five night stay was an exception.  One day they didn't make up our bed and another day they didn't even step foot in our room for service.  The bed wasn't made, did not restock with clean towels, etc.  Very disappointing.
