Convenient to park but like other have said, the machines never work and it takes forever to pay. Good look finding a parking attendant to help out. My boyfriend damaged his truck because he had to back out of the lane due to the machine not working and he hit a pole. So frustrating and nothing we can do about it.

We park here and find it easy and convenient. The  golf cart drivers are always very friendly, but today I called to ask how to handle a lost ticket. She told me to go the cash only booth. I asked if there was one with a person (I had never seen one before). She sarcastically repeate herself and after I thanked her she hung up on me.  I was very polite and asked what I feel was a very normal question, as we can’t be the only people who have misplaced a ticket.   Was very disappointed in her customer service. There is no cash only booth with an attendant at the hobby location that we could see.

I fly out of Hobby quite a bit. Eco park 2 is great for the proximity to the terminal and Raymond is the best! I guess it’s true, “Everybody Loves Raymond!”

The first credit card machine ate our card and we had to pull it out with tweezers. Then it let us use our credit card as a ticket. We go to leave 1.5 days later, and surprise, it doesn't recognize our credit card. They then make us re-park and shuttle us to some main office to manually run the credit card at their main office. We weren't the only person having this problem. This place is ridiculous!

I normally use the spot but I used EcoPark  for the first time and had a great experience . Raymond is awesome,  he walked me up to the terminal  and showed me the shortcut when coming back .  I had accidentally left my keys on the shuttle  and when he realize that he did his best to try to find me.  He handed them over to lost and found where I was able to retrieve them when I came back from my trip.  I'm so grateful for his honesty and kindness !!  I will be looking for him the next time I fly
