I'm leaving this review personally for Jason who gave impeccable service in picking up my girlfriend, myself, and everyone else on the shuttle from IAH and dropping us off at our car. He was incredibly courteous. He acknowledged that I had called to have a shuttle sent to terminal B and apologized for any delay. The delay wasn't long, and I know it wasn't his fault, yet, in apologizing and shouldering the blame, he apologized on behalf of The Parking Spot 2, which is admirable. Jason moved quickly to help all passengers with their bags and did so with care and enthusiasm. Jason is someone who understands the meaning of service and how to provide it to others. We wanted to leave him a tip, but neither of us had cash on us, hence I'm writing this review for Jason. For the managers of The Parking Spot 2, please reward Jason for his excellence. My girlfriend and I are going to return to The Parking Spot 2 for our airport parking needs because of him.

Please please! Your car was damaged by Harvey if your parked was the 1-10 cars in rows A-H minimum! Their Friday letter of admission did nothing to help minimize the damage. Water in a closed damp environment with heat at 90 degrees will cause mold. The fact it receeded quickly is IRRELEVANT! I left customer emails staring Monday trying to be proactive, my car is low and I was D-1! I would have had it towed, even the van driver when I finally got home Friday said "no water in our lot!" I was relieved until I opened the trunk and saw the mold spores and taken aback with Fish odor once car doors opened.

Great customer service at The Spot 2 parking lot at Houston Hobby. The attendant explained & offered the Rewards program then activated a loyalty card for me on the spot. She offered a water as I exited. She was the most pleasant attendant I've had in a long time especially being, it was past midnight.

Most of the time its fine, but on one occasion I almost missed my flight.  They waited until the bus was full before they left for the airport,  The drove around the lot and waiting for over 20 minutes to fill the bus.  I just made it in time to check my bags,  Then there have been times I waited for 30 minutes after I called to be picked up at the airport.  I would give extra time if your plan on parking here.

Driver of transit # 315 on 06/02.2017 at 10:10 PM :  We boarded at terminal E at 10:10.  Driver offered no assistance for loading bags.  We circled passed the Marriott hotel twice before finally leaving the terminals at 10:30 with 9 passengers on board. Driver carried on a conversation with an individual the driver obviously knew who was seated in the "jump seat" the entire drive to the Spot.  Upon entering the parking lot, the driver had no idea where any of the numbered spaces were except for the two that were parked in the "gravel" area.  Driver drove up and down rows asking us to identify our vehicles.  I understand it may be hard for drivers to wend their way through the parking lot at night but this driver never left the seat to help with bags.  In fact, one gentleman told the driver that his car had been passed in the covered parking but the driver was too busy chatting with the jump seat passenger to hear him. The only reason for two stars is the check out was easy and the cold water bumped it up a star.  We will park at at the city lot for $5.10 a day/ covered parking in the future.
