I'm a new fan of Eden Floral and Events in Lenexa!  While ordering a floral arrangement after-hours for a funeral visitation the following day, I encountered a problem when checking out (the state of Colorado did not appear in the drop-down menu in the billing section and the system would not let me type it in - therefore I could not complete the order).  I was frustrated, so I called the number on the site and left a message.  The next morning, I tried checking out again and everything worked just fine.  To my surprise, I got a call about an hour later from a very pleasant woman whose name I neglected to jot down.  She said she had noticed that the order had gone through but wanted to follow up with me regardless.  We had a good chuckle over "you can order flowers online unless you're from Colorado."  She assured me that the flowers would not only be delivered in time for the visitation that afternoon, she assured me that they would probably be delivered early.  She also stated that at the peak of a typical Midwest summer, they take great care in delivering quickly so the flowers don't wilt in the heat.  I was so very pleased at the personal attention that was paid to my order.  My sister (who was able to attend the services) said the floral arrangement was just lovely.  I could not give a higher recommendation to this shop.  Job well done!!!

Jennifer is amazing! She put together a beautiful banquet for my Grandpa's funeral.   She was so kind & helpful. She even made a bow that said Dad, Grandpa & Great-grandpa. Thank you again! 😊

This shop is amazing. So beautiful and the owner Jenifer is a TRUE designer.   I love her style and all the options of gift like products in the shop.  Turned me on to the zum bar line, and I ordered a personalized etched wine glass for a gift that turned out perfect and it didn't break the bank by any means.   Wonderful shop with wonderful people.

Above and beyond any experience I have had with any company, and beautiful flower arrangement. The box flower set have a rustic and hipster vibe compared to the traditional glass vase! Used their online method to because I was in a rush, this was easy to buy/find something unique! Not the FTD non-special look. My order was for same day delivery for girlfriend that was under lot of stress, I was unable to answer a phone call I received from them asking for some details about my requests. When finally able to be on the phone with Jenifer, she was so awesome and easy to talk to. The call was after their posted hours! Saved the day! Thank you Jenifer.
