Ranch view is my go to florist, ever since I received my first spectacular arrangement from there. They specialize in arrangements that are anything but run of the mill--no clumps of carnations, mums and baby's breath here--with containers to match. May not be bargain prices but you get what you pay for. If you want to really show how you feel and make a marvelous impression with artistic flair, Ranchview is your florist!

When I received my flower they were not the same the bouquet that was sent to me. I had been emailed a picture so I knew what was ordered. I called store and was told that the owner would call me the next morning. Waited a day no call. I called again and was told they had been busy with funerals but the owner would call me back soon. A WEEK LATER AND NO CALL OR EXPLANATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

If I could rate no stars, I would. I ordered through Ava's Flowers online and Ranchview filled the order. The flowers reciwved by my Mother for Mothers Day were NOTHING like the photo on the website....it was a cheap case with cheap flowers. It is 4 days later and the flowers look horrible. I will post pictures if I have the capability.

Horrible experience with so called manager this morning! The clerk was short, rude and impatient. When I asked why is everything marked down I the store, she told me that's we do here in America! Being an immigrant from USSR, that upset me and I told her that she was rude and short! AT this point instead of saying I am sorry, she told me I was rude! I asked her what does she mean by: What we do here in America, to which she said that she is proud to be an American! I asked to know who the owner of the store was, she refused to tell me! When I went back to ask people in back who the owner was she followed me and told me that I was trespassing and that she could have me arrested! She practically kicked me out of the store! What happened to that customer is always right? May be not, if they have an accent and have brown hair!

A co-worker sent them the wrong address. And they went and tracked down the right address to send it to. True dedication!
