I ordered a dozen roses online for pickup the next day. Long story short, the roses looked nice but I'll look elsewhere next time.  The good:  1. the flowers and arrangement looked nice.  The bad:  1. The email I received said I could pick the flowers up from 8-11. I showed up at 8:50 and was told the floral department didn't open until 9:00. I wait around until 9:05 and start walking to customer service when the girl who had been standing right there while I waited around the floral counter came over and said she could get the flowers.  2. While standing around waiting I saw that I could've just walked in the store grabbed a dozen roses in a vase off the shelf and saved $15 versus ordering online.  3. They only gave me 11/12 of the roses I paid for.

Great people here at hyvee and hyvee floral! They are on top of it. Not to mention, price point was affordable and not unreasonable.
