Fantastic! This resort is/ was everything it promised to be and more! My husband and I chose to celebrate our 15 year anniversary here and it was a phenomenal choice! Immediately upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by a staff member. I was pleasantly checked in by front desk staff member although we had the option and tools to check-in via an express check in. We were given complimentary chocolate and given a map of the resort. We stayed on the Adult Only part of the resort. The hallway and room smelled like a new home and fresh. Very well decorated, designed and clean. The on site restaurants (4) were plentiful, clean and offered great menus and service. There's an on-site store of microwave food items, snacks and toiletries. There's a couple of on-site pools and other amenities but I didn't make it to them due to enjoying our room immensely. Anita was the front desk manager who did a great job answering questions I had regarding the resort as well as some administrative questions. I wishI could bag up and sell the customer service presented here by EVERYONE!

Best Western Eden is a very good hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the modern decor really nice. It is family and adult friendly. We stayed on the adults only floor, so it was quite and calm, which we welcomed as this was a relax get away weekend.The restaurant offers buffet and table service styles. The food was tasty and enough variety to please everyone. The staff doesn't rush you as you enjoy your meal. We enough a dip in the pool on a cold winter day with the water temp set just right. The hotel has many meeting rooms with events yet did not feel over crowded.

Our group of 13 had a very nice birthday dinner at Arthur's Terrace restaurant. The buffet offerings were delicious and our server was friendly and accommodating. Our party was dressed very casually because we had oruginally planned to go elsewhere, but it wasn't an issue. The menu entrees took a little longer to arrive than we would have preferred and the price wasn't cheap, but the food was well prepared and presented. It was a good experience and I would recommend the restaurant to others, particularly the buffet.

The Eden resort is a beautiful property with an excellent staff. We always stay here when we come to Lancaster for quilt week. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. And the van driver went above and beyond to make sure I got to my quilting clear on time. The indoor pool area is also lovely.

Front desk staff are always respectful, fair and accommodating. I have seen some unjustified grouchiness from guests and Eden Resort staff remain kind but firm. I personally believe Eden Resort will excel without Best Western ties. (BW rewards will still be granted). Exceedingly convenient (noting there are poor traffic patterns in Lancaster PA as a whole) and mostly comfortable. Staff is family friendly, guest interactions dependent upon what event or business is being conducted during stay.
