I spend 40-60 nights a year in hotels. More often Country Inns. I've stayed at this location 3 nights... Please see attached pictures for detail. It's a tired hotel. I'm not sure why this hotel gets above-average reviews. The front desk clerk wasn't very welcoming when I arrived at 10pm after a tiring evening of travel. Usually I get upgraded with my loyalty to Country Inn. That's a mute point. The decor is dated, although clean. Breakfast was average. Overall an average Country In in my humble opinion.

Listen closely!!! I am a very particular person when it comes to staying in hotels. There are certain things that I look for if I'm going to spend my money on it. We are here celebrating our 17 year wedding anniversary and I can honestly say, this hotel, by far is the Best hotel in Lancaster! The decor is so beautiful it just lifts your spirits when you walk thru the door. The staff are very, very friendly. They make sure you have everything,g that you need. Even when we checked in they called to the room to make sure the room was to our liking! The rooms are very equipped with Microwave, refrigerator, safe, ice bucket, lots of counter space and they even have a separate space ladies for hair and make up! Its close to everything such as popular restaurants and outlets and its right across the street from Dutch Wonderland! I can go on about this experience but time won't permit but I will say this.... Thank you Country Inn and Suites for making my Anniversary a special one! Hope this review helps someone!!

We come to PA once or twice a year to visit our friends and we always stay here. I love it. Its clean and the staff is awesome. The free breakfast is delicious!!!! And the ladies in the kitchen are so friendly and welcoming.

We decided to do a trip to Lancaster, PA and booked a room at this hotel. The decor of the hotel was nice. The continental breakfast was not too good. Upon check-in to the room, we had to immediately request for housekeeping to clean and provide clean sheets. The bed throw was dirty and had some form of dried food on it. The room is not modern and could be updated. Lastly, upon check-out, we were offended. The receptionist stated that she had to personally inspect the room to ensure that there was no smoking although neither of us 🚬. Instead, it appeared that she went to check to see if everything was there, like we needed anything from the room. The reason why I state this is after she came back and was handing us the receipt, my husband thought that he left his cell in the room. Before I could tell him that I had his phone, she said no you didn't because I didn't see it when I just checked the room. If she was only going to see if we smoked in the room, she would have been able to tell it by just simply opening up the door. We will not stay at this particular hotel again.

Absolutely perfect except we would rather have a 1st floor.we are on the 3rd. Elevators but still.... Breakfast was wonderful. Hot hot coffee, three types of creamer....eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereals, juices and every thing you could think of . Got and cold cereal. Room had two TVs. Two rooms and bath. Just great.
