The original owner John got back the RV park. Thank God! Back to running a proper business. Great place to stay! Love it! Would definitely suggest to anyone for an extended time or just passing through.

John is an awesome host (owner, operator and maintenance) and keeps a clean, tidy park. Very convenient to town and White Sands. Bathroom with shower, cheap laundry, more trees than most places in the area (cultivated). Quiet, friendly people.   Much daytime noise from road, railroad and air traffic but nights were pretty quiet. Definitely recommend!

We needed a place to stay here after an accident.  John the owner was wonderful throughout. I'd recommend this RV stop to anyone, right on the highway but with a shady pond, nut trees, and friendly people.

Just passing through the area and needed a place for a couple of days. John, the owner operator, couldn't have been nicer and hats off to him for building the park from scratch over 30 years ago. Yes there was a little highway noise but nothing that kept me awake at night, the area was clean, very accessible, and close to town. I have nothing negative to report and would certainly stay here again. What a fantastic value at $20 per day.

John is great. Has literature of the area attractions and will help out with any questions. Campground is nice.
