Update: The following morning I was greeted by gentleman who may have been the owner/manager and was presented with a full refund and apology. While the site we were in remains one to be avoided the customer service by this park is without a doubt stellar. The park does have the potential to be a 5 star park - once the construction is completed. The customer service is certainly 5 star. On arrival was met with a dusty, gravel parking lot with token rail fences scattered about (To give some sort of ambiance? Fail) Had reserved a electric only site. Turns out it was less than 20 yards from very busy highway 54 which was also under construction (wasn't told that little tidbit). If it wasn't for the non-refundable deposit, would have left immediately but we're stuck here for the night paying $27 for electric only, sitting in dust and gravel next to a construction zone and major trucking corridor into Alamogordo. Oh, and leaving the park; only safe direction is northbound which made it extremely difficult to get south to highway 82 the next day. Purportedly a Good Sam park though no discounts or other consideration despite all the Good Sam signs posted. How anyone can justify 3 or more stars for this place is a mystery to me.

Awesome place to stay and see White Sands Monument. Bernadette and Chris were so friendly and helpful that we felt like we already knew them. We had our 2 labs with us who had 2 places on property to exercise off leash. We were going to stay one night, but then once we got here we couldn't resist an extra night. Very organized, quiet park outside of town. So happy to see pull throughs Well kept park and we plan on returning! Also Good Sam too.

Great place to stay as long as you don't need or want wifi. We have stayed there twice and enjoy the park. Just wished their wifi wasn't as issue.

Great peaceful place, the lot size is a lot larger than the Alamogordo KOA. You can hear some road noise off of highway 54. Great Dog area, but they need to place emphasis on a playground and swings for kids. Need to attract a younger crowd. Overall not a bad place to stay at for $27.50 a night full hookups no cable, but your air tv if you have a good antenna should pick up 46 channels. Wifi is not impressive. Happy Camping!

Clean, well organized RV park, nice size pull through sites with no trailer trash. Greatly appreciated. Friendly staff and owners. Would recommend a stop over at their park. It was our 4th visit because of the park cleanliness.
