Edible Arrangements® of Elkin Park is located int he Yorktown Plaza at the intersection of Church and Old York Road. We're located near Rita's Water Ice and Walgreens.

We have an array of irresistibly fresh products including handcrafted fruit bouquets, gourmet chocolate Dipped Fruit™ and a variety of fresh fruit treats.

My husband just ordered an arrangement for me yesterday on valentines day.. And it never got delivered to me.. They say no one answered, but my doorbell never rung once yesterday... So i have no clue where the hell they went. Ny husband is furious!!!!! You guys seriously need to get it together.. Ruining surprises.. I now see why your rating is only a 3.4 !!If you cant deliver and arrangement on time maybe you guys should start making limits on how many delivers you can do in one day for holidays... Thanks for ruining what was suppose to be a nice gesture from my husband..

I ordered my father an arrangement for Valentine's Day and it never was delivered from the Cottman Avenue store. When I called the store, the dial tone was busy. When the store did answer their phone, they immediately put me on hold and then I would get disconnected after waiting 8 minutes to speak to someone. Finally, around 5:15pm on Valentine's Day, I was able to speak to someone and inquire about the delivery, which was supposed to be delivered to a business address earlier in the day. The staff first told me that the delivery address was not correct (which it was correct), then the phone got disconnected. I called back and then the staff told me that the billing information did not match my card number and that the order had been voided. They told me that they called me to notify me and left a message, which is complete BS because I never received a missed call, voicemail, or email to inform me that they cancelled my order. The assured me that I would be refunded the money in 2-5 business days. Out of frustration and disappointment that I did not send my father something on Valentine's Day, I decided to order another arrangement through the Elkins Park store, but this time I ordered a non-Valentine's Day arrangement and changed the wording on my card. My father received his gift the day after Valenine's Day as scheduled. After speaking with him about the arrangement, I discovered that he received my original order from the Cottman Ave store with the original card! (My mother commented that the fruit looked old and one of the strawberries was rotten.) I contacted the Elkins Park store for clarification and was assured that they made the arrangement themselves and that they had "leftover" heart-shaped pineapples, so that is what they used. Orders are supposed to be fresh daily--not use the scraps from the day before! I informed the staff of my mishap with Cottman Ave and the promised refund. She informed me that the Elkins Park store received 2 orders under my name and that there was no information regarding a refund, however only 1 order was delivered to my father, which turns out was the original order and it arrived a day late! I am beyond furious with both companies and advise all people in the Philadelphia area to avoid this chain. The staff are sneaky by covering up their mistakes with lies to their customers and provide our loved ones with old fruit. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!!!!! You are better off just sending your loved one a card in the mail!

I had a great visit to Edibles I had no ideal about the arrangement that I was going to purchase but Joshua was a so helpful and so very polite,he helped me a great deal. I believe he was in the Jenkintown store.
