Very easy and simple way to get the replacement part I needed for my Kenmore oven. I was heating up my oven to bake a pie and I saw smoke coming out of oven. I quickly turned everything off and told my husband to come look. The lower element had already melted into on one side but the other side was still red hot. We looked in the manual we had and my husband found the part number and searched for the nearest Sears parts outlet and quickly ordered the part and was able to pick it up the next day and went ahead and installed and all is well again. He said the process was so easy and we received emails at each step letting up know the status of our order. It was a very simple and easy to follow process. Thank you so much for making it that way.
