Bad experience. Then, so much time getting order placed. I especially requested chocolate covered strawberries and there was no chocolate covered anything in the arrangement. I asked if they could put a few in the arrangement even if I had to pay extra. They said yes. When I originally called in, I emphasized that I really wanted to send chocolate covered strawberries. It was repeated so much in the conversation that I really feel like it was left out intentionally. Very disappointed. Even if it was the Easter weekend, they should have got my order right just like every other order. I am sure that they won't either partially, or fully, return any of my money. I don't trust them now. Chocolate was important. I wish that they could have understood that.

I am so happy with the service from this location! I am from the East coast and was sending an arrangement to someone staying in the San Diego area. I was so worried it wouldnt arrive on time and they went above and beyond to make sure it did! I worked with Jay and he was awesome.

I had got an edible arrangement for my birthday from my mother as a gift. They put the wrong name as well as gave me fruit that was no good. I sent my mom a picture of what she got me and it was nothing she had asked for. She called them and didn't want to make to fix they're mistakes

This particular store definitely lives up to it's reputation, the service is Horrible. Like many other men, I was doing some last minute shopping for Mothers Day stumbled into this store. Hoping I would be able to order something the day before, but with no luck. That doesn't suck, my fault for being late, however, the response I received from the little young employee was rude. She asks me if I were there for a pick up and I told her no. She then tells me well we won't be able to get anything until Monday, with way too much attitude. I wanted to snap back at her, but seeing that store is in Carlsbad, I'd probably be arrested immediately. So I went to truck, got on my phone and placed an order at the San Marcos location with a pick up time of 5pm, mind you the time was 3:15. Before I left, I couldn't resist going back into the store to give the dumb employee a lesson in customer service. However, I remained calm and informed some other employee there that they are definitely living up to their poor customer service that's been repeatedly posted online. I also told her that they could have assisted me by at telling where another store was! Horrible! Well, went to San Marcos and the experience was night and day. Carlsbad location sucks!!!

Love* this place. Some of the friendliest service I've ever had, densely packed with all sorts of cultural goods.I'm excited that they've moved into a new space that is at least twice as large.There's tea, a meditation room, an atmosphere that is both very social and very mindful.
