I'm very impressed with their service. My husband and I ordered last minute flower arrangements the day before our wedding....long story, and had them delivered to our venue on time. The flowers also looked beautiful as well.  Awesome company.

I ordered flowers for my Mom and chose Hey Flower Man! as she lives in Carlsbad and I was hoping for something really special. I live far away and can't see my Mom as much as I'd like. I was horrified when my Mom sent me a photo of the flowers to say thank you - I had never seen such a sad bouquet in my life! I called the store to tell them, since it says ON YOUR WEBSITE to do so if unsatisfied, and the OWNER ARGUED WITH ME! I don't care about your quality assurance practices when I pay $70 for a bouquet that looks like a 15 year old bought at the grocery store and threw in a vase. I'm SO sorry to be the ONLY person to complain about your 'most popular item', but if you had some business ethics, you would have helped me instead of belittling me. I am livid that I gave this business money, and that my wonderful mother has a garbage display of flowers for Mother's Day.

UPDATE: So, after my experience, I filed a complaint with the BBB. The next day, I received a text from my Mom showing a BEAUTIFUL bouquet, and chocolates, that had been delivered to her. Now THAT'S a $70 flower arrangement! Awhile later, I received a phone call from a man I'd never spoken to, that said HE was the owner of the shop and had heard about what happened. He was polite and apologetic, and explained to me that the manager I had spoken to previously was now on suspension. It was a nice resolution to the situation, and I hope the company continues to treat their customers with respect from now on :)

Fresh, but small bouquet.  I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day.  This looked like a good spot due to proximity.  I ordered and paid $15 for delivery the day before Mother's Day (they are less than 5 miles away).  My sister saw the bouquet and comment on it's (small) size.  She sent me a photo and it is not worth the price that I paid at all.  I sent an email to this business but haven't had the courtesy of a reply.  I'm ordering more flowers today and I will try another place.

I came in to get a surprise for my wife. Best Flower Shop in Oceanside and Carlsbad. The owner helped me out. So very flexible, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He worked with me on my budget and made plenty of suggestions. 
Great prices. Beautiful and clean shop.
