I had no idea what florist to call to send flowers to my daughter in Carlsbad.  Living in Irvine...I just went with one I thought would be fairly close to her home.  I wish I knew the name of the girl that helped me...but, just want to say that she was so kind ...and listened to me when I told her what I would like in the bouquet and what I didn't want.   I asked her if she would send me a text with a photo of it before delivering.  She said that she would be happy to do that.  I received a text photo of the beautiful bouquet...with a message.."Is this ok?"  It was perfect.  Then ... I received a telephone call from the person that delivered it...Telling me that he had delivered it ... but, no one answered the door..and that he had placed it at the front door area as per my request.  He told me that he put it in a shady spot.  I so appreciated this personal service. They went above and beyond what is the usual.  I will definitely use this florist again.

The people working at El Camino Florists go above and beyond to help thier customers.  I went in there to have some flowers delivered.  Marilyn and Danica helped me pick out the appropriate size and arrangement for what I needed.  What really sets this shop apart from other businesses is their customer service.  It is obvious Marilyn and Danica care about their customers and love flowers through their excellent service and wonderful flowers.  The next time I have flowers delivered in Carlsbad or Oceanside, I am going to call them.
