I used Edwards and Mills and was impressed with their excellent service. When I called into their business they showed concern, taking the time to share necessary steps, for me to avoid electrical shock. They gave me a quote and even came in bad weather. My laundry appliances as well as my water heater were standing in water. My water heater had 'expired', ruptured, and had leaked water onto my downstairs. My carpet was soaked, risking damage to my furniture, etc., so this was an urgent call for me. It was my first time using this company and I was pleased with the fact that they were considerate and prompt. They were true to the price they quoted and were kind and personable. I will definitely use them again!

Needed gas line ran to the new cooktop.just for the install cost and supplies - $950 for a 2 hour job. Beware of 'extra' charges in addition to a hefty labor charge per hour ($140)... charges to come outside the city limits and labor starts the moment technician leaves the office. None of these were stated on the phone even when specifically asked. Customer retention isn't important to office staff.

I had two gentlemen come and inspect my garbage disposal - they said it was broken and needed to be replaced. They were there for 5 minutes, shoved a screwdriver down my sink and charged me $120. A week later I had someone come via my home warranty company, who immediately reached behind the disposal and hit the "reset" button I didn't know existed. It works fine, but now there might be an issue with my sink from the screwdriver. So how am I left to feel about the quality of service from Edwards & Mills?

Excellent work. Very knowledgable. BBB (Better Business Bureau accredited), which I find a major plus, personally. Came to my house on time. Used shoe covers to protect my carpets. Yay! Fixed my draining problems, fixed my pressure problems (to the greatest extend that they could... if I want any better pressure I'll have to do a major remodel...), fixed my extremely messed up toilets! There's no longer a nasty smell emitting from them! Yay! Recommended new shower heads, installed my shower heads! I am SO pleased with this business and their employees. Thank you Edwards and Mills!
