I have had several major leaks up my slab back to back over the last 3 years with high Duke Energy Bills or City Water Bills.  Sunder, Anthony, and David diagnosed the main line issue.  They did an optimal solution of not having to worry about touching pipes under the slab again.  They did a new main line and re-routed as some of my neighbors did in the past.  It was such a relief of 78 days without water.

This could be a 10 star review if that was an option. Sunder and David came out and did a wonderful job communicating through the process.  There was a stubborn clog in my main line and the two of them got the job done in a reasonable amount time and offered suggestion about future services.   I would definitely use them again.

Chris the technician did a great job checking out some issues on our gas furnaces today! He was very friendly, courteous and thorough. He explained everything clearly in detail on what he checked and what our options were. We were already using The Plumbing Service for our plumbing needs (Jamie did a fantastic job installing our new hot water heater back in October! We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the level of professional customer service he provided, too!) and now we will definitely use them for all our cooling/heating needs, too!

David came out to check our hot water heater as it had started to leak. Gave us options for replacement. The next day the "David Duo" came to install the new hot water heater in the garage. They both did an excellent job and cleaned the area when finished. Personable and professional guys. Excellent company to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

David arrived on time and worked late on a Friday afternoon to repair a busted pipe in my wall. Work was done quickly and handled professionally. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
