Walked in door, was greeted within 1-2 minutes. Friendly staff guided us to our table and confirmed we were comfortable with our seating booth vs table. Our server Adrianna was very personable and provided excellent service. Food arrived to table quickly. Food tasted good but I’ve had better chicken and biscuit. The quesadilla was spot on delicious. The owner was also friendly and visibly interested in the customers dining experience. I would come back when in the area.
Was looking for a place near the airport and saw the good reviews for this place but have come to the conclusion they just be fake reviews. Terrible. Where to start…..right off the bat they announce they have no fountain drinks and are not offering breakfast. Ordered a couple of their very pricey milkshakes and were disappointed by the amount you get compared to many other places I’ve had them and they were warm. I know that sounds crazy since they are made with icecream but the first few sips were warm. Thinking maybe they used glasses right out of a dishwasher ?? Ruined the taste. My friend had the turkey club with soup. It has no mayo and she never got the soup. I had the grilled cheese and requested extra crispy fries. The cheese wasn’t even melted in the sandwich and the bread was mushy from not being cooked all the way and the fries were sub-par and far from being the least bit crispy. Terrible meal and crazy expensive !!! Not to mention very noisy. The booths are so small you don’t have elbow room and the waitresses aren’t the friendliest. Skip this place!!!!
I love this place. Such cute decor. Friendly staff. Big menu. Everything comes out great as ordered. Had food here and as take out and it never disappoints.Food: 5/5
This diner was quick to greet us as soon as we walked in. We sat down very fast. The server was very pleasing and nice. The food was good and quick to come out. Serveral options to choose from.
We went to Nick's 50s diner for breakfast starting off our honeymoon day there. The service was amazing the waitress was phenomenal she even finds my little wedding book and her beautiful words touched my heart. I definitely recommend this place overall everything was amazing not good not okay "amazing "Food: 5/5
We would give this place 10 stars if it was an option. We walked in to be pleasantly greeted and seated right away by Rachel. Place is immaculately clean. Once seated, Wendy been here for 16 years took our order. Had great recommendations. Wendy was hospitable and it is obvious she likes her job. In watching the staff, it seems everyone likes their job. No employee was on a cell phone, no earbuds in…just hard working pleasant folks serving great food. We will eat here every time we come back.
Cute little diner, I liked the theme of everything. Service was excellent, however the food wasn't great. I ordered the banana foster French toast and my boyfriend ordered French toast sticks, hash browns, eggs, and a breakfast sandwich, all of which were not good. Nothing about the food would make me want to ever go back. Maybe we just ordered the wrong stuff? Or came on a bad day? Idk We eat at IHOP all the time and thought this would be similar or better, but we were not impressed.
I’ve been coming to Nick’s for about a year now. I have never once been let down. The food is top-notch as far as diner food goes. The burgers are hearty and cooked to perfection. The lettuce is fresh, never seen a brown piece. The sandwiches are the perfect ratio of bread to meat. I’ve never waited more than 7 minute from the time of ordering to the moment my food was on my table. I’ve worked in the industry for years and I’m absolutely blown away by their average of 5 minute ticket times. The definition of a tight ship. How’s the service you ask? Immaculate. Tremendous. Otherworldly. Whether you’re seated at a table, hanging at the bar, or ordering take out you’ll be greeted a smile and a cheery tone, and with a treated with respect. Rachael is an All-star and I’m certain the place would fall apart without her. If you’re in the west palm area you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t try Nick’s 50’s Diner
Great breakfast food with lots of variety for gluten-free customers. Great service, especially by Adriana who’s very kind and super agile! My brother and I love this place, food is good, cool 50s ambiance, it’s super busy but you can always find a table quickly. Definitely recommend if you want a true diner experience with quality. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options!!
Got takeout for the first and last time here. I figured the Reuben was $16 bc it had lots of meat or something spectacular like a TooJays sandwich- well boy was I mistaken. It looked like a flattened sandwich and barely had any saukraut. They should literally be ashamed of themselves. Plus I had to pay like 25cents for each minature Russian dressing bc of course there was basically no dressing or cheese for that matter. And the fries were like the little leftover nubs from the bottom of the bag...SERIOUSLY??? I dont mind paying- but give me something to pay for. Save your money and go to TooJays. This was bad. Idk maybe they're even more expensive platters are better, I'm just not willing to waste over $20 to find out.
