My care would have been five star in terms of what I received from the therapist, she was wonderful, but like the previous reviewer billing has been a nightmare.  They sent me a bill that wasn't itemized by date, just a total charge, which I wanted to confirm was the correct amount I should have owed by visit so I asked for an itemized bill.  Three weeks later and I'm still waiting, and getting obnoxious phone calls from them looking for payment.

I actually would have continued treatment longer but decided to stop because billing is such an issue, which is a shame.

Make sure you check with your insurance before you go here.  These guys bill you as a hospital facility - not an outpatient rehab visit and you may end up with an expensive surprise with coinsurance payments instead of a simple copay.  Find a small local non-affiliated PT office - they are just as skilled and easier to work out billing issues like this.
