Story

While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's commitment to fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. I went here for lunch and the food was fantastic! Enduring was prepared the way I like my food. Flavorful, well seasoned, and served Correctly. I will come and eat here more often for lunch.

Pretty solid place, good customer service. I go here reasonably frequently, and I have to say that they have solidly good food most of the time and usually excellent service. The $5 meals (with a drink included) are a good deal, and El Pollo Loco often sends coupons to my house, which I use mostly at this location. Also, if you use the El Pollo Loco app for their deals, this location actually has a scanner that can scan the barcode that activated the deal, unlike some other locations I've been to. Sure I've been going here long enough to have run into some issues now and then, but no more than any restaurant, and less than most, in my opinion.

The one on Manchester and main the chicken they make it just right each time I've went. But the problem with this one is the dining area nasty as f**k. Around the window seal, the windows them self nasty I've spoken to management many of times. The one on Lakewood and Rosecrans my Lord very nasty the paper towel holders dirty, go in the restroom now this is where u start u go to wash ur hands. But the sink, toilet paper holder, soap dispenser, sit cover holder they never wipe these things off and I've been there twice taking the manager in to see and it was the same way NASTY. Corporate doesn't care u call them and they do nothing.

Friendly cashiers and food was well prepared. 4 stars only because an item was missing from my order.
