I noticed on their website that they said that they changed their recipe, and so decided to try La Pizza Loca again.  Sure enough, the Pizza tastes better, and is less dry and no longer tastes like cardboard, but the cheese is still mediocre and I wouldn't say that they're quite up to the quality levels of the major Pizza chains just yet.

They're a lot closer though, and remain a great value, however.  The recent $5 1-topping Large and the $6 2-topping Large (which may only be available online) are excellent deals, and dipping sauces are cheap, if you want to buy those too.

My recommendation for a tastier Pizza is to get extra sauce.  It adds more flavor, and makes the pizza more moist.  I just tried a Pepperoni Pizza with Onion on the left side and Mushroom on the right, and it counts as "2 toppings" and was surprisingly tasty.  

Service remains excellent at this store, and was also speedy.  I've never had an issue with it, and I've been coming here for years.

Took forever to get my pizza, i noticed the girl doing the resisgter taking orders and touching   money and still made pizza never wash her hands. I question her about that and said low staff no time to wash her hands, Never Again coming here !!!

Very, very nasty,  meat on the pizza had a odor to it..it smelled like old meat..would never visit this place again.
