Great food! Great service! The girls were really nice and accommodating with my parents. Came as a suggestion of a business owner across the street from the restaurant and I am glad we did.
Food was good yes!! But menu says one price and get charged another. i asked server and she said she will talk to the manager to modify because she did see the errors but rude manager said no because it was printed so sad to be charged 15 dollars extra on things you didn’t order and be on the watch out it’s a 2%fee on credit cards I payed cash and also got charged that they are just for the money no customer service when it comes to these simple things so disappointing. Those were my plates and two Coca-Cola and paid 83 dollars
Terrible food. Terrible drink. The server messed up 2 of 3 orders. She never checked with us to see how everything was or if we needed anything. The AC was too high it was too cold. The small print in yellow on the menu was hard to see. Nothing good about this place during this visit.
The food was good, prices were reasonable, the waitress was very attentive and nice. We didn’t have to wait much. Definitely we will be back.
the best tasting puerto Rican Food the best service..Roymar is so nice and down to Earth we love it there thank you Primos cookes. servers and owners for your atention to everything service
Valeria was our server for a party of five, she was diligent and courteous, but we had to ask for glasses for the beer. My daughter in law raved about the Piña Colada and my honey loved the Margaritas. the first item to arrive at the table was the Morcillas Blood sausage which were European style and absolutely delicious. I had the Frituras Mixtas/ Mixed Fry, which is a huge plate with chicken nuggets, deep fried pork nuggets, chorizo, fried cheese, Dominican Salami and seasoned fries served over a field of chopped lettuce and tomato. I chose to drench my fries in the "garlic sauce" which I believe tp be Chive Aïoli, amazing! My son had Skirt Steak with rice and beans oh well. My wife and daughter in law had the Mofongo with Saluted Onion Steak and Mofongo with Garlic Shrimp respectively. Granny had the Saluted Onion Steak with Seasoned Fries. Everyone was happy with their order, timely service and the good humor of our servers. Finally the owner came over to check how we were doing. Good job everyone!
We visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. There weren’t that many people so we thought it was going to be quick. Waited 30 minutes and they brought the appetizer and main dish together. They charged $35 for a mofongo with 4 small shrimps, flowing in bad oil and of course we could not eat it. Called the manager in duty and she told us that there’s was no manager, a young girl came and said “that’s the way we serve it”. Also they have a me a dirty glass with lipstick, did not even Fer a clean one. Do not recommend this place at all.
Great authentic food. We got there on opening so food was a little slower to come out. It was alright as a cup of cafe con Leche and some alcappuria held us over. When the food did come, it was obviously very fresh and delicious.
First time being there no complaints the Food was really good have good flavors waitress really nice I recommend it I will come back to this place good job everybody they work there
Have tried it twice, was disappointed twice. My husband sent back the fried pork chunks because they were dry and hard as rocks, didnt seem freshly cooked. They simply took them, no apologies, no offer of another dinner. I had the chicken once, greasy and boring. I thought the shrimp was overpriced for the small portion. Half the plate was rice.
