Food tasted good, wasn't a big fan of my appetizer. But presentation was good . Staff was patient and pleasant..you might wonder why 3 star. Food took awhile to prepare, probably its being made to order which wouldn't be a bad thing. And although my waitress was very pleasant had to keep reminding her of things I had asked for and each time had to wait. Wrong order came originally, but they quickly corrected it ....with a new wait time. So 4.5 for the food. Attention to details and time 2....Mofongos seem to be a favorite, almost every table ordered one. One last thing..the place keeps busy so parking can get tight..if going with friends go together instead of individual cars.
It was a definitely a great experience. I can say that I went to all 3 locations. They really didn't disappoint. This is definitely a smaller spot, but it was still good. The food was amazing and the hospitality was superb.
What a great place! We came in the early afternoon, with no wait. Oh My God the food was a delicious experience. Veruska, our server, was friendly and quick with service. Atmosphere is good and food again is unbelievable. Order the fried cheese. If you are looking for GREAT Latin food, I highly recommend El Cilantrillo. Can't wait to try again.
Traveling with the family and stopped at this location. Immediately greeted and directed to our table by the host. The restaurant was quite busy. Not sure if they had enough staff due that we did have to adopt a while before taking our order. But staff was nice, food was to order and had an overall plant time. I would say that parking can be somewhat tricky but other than that would go again if I'm ever in the Orlando area.
This place is amazing! The food and service was really great! It's a small & quaint spot, but it was really spectacular! I really enjoyed my meal. The only thing I will say is that the 'house' tequila tasted really cheap. Otherwise, everything was really great!
First time there and last also. The food is good but the place need a remodeling, The sealing and the vents are disgusting and the decor needs a desperate change because is not clean either and while we eat is disgusting to look all the dirty around, not a good feeling to eat looking that, and the lamps are with wood crates that are not clean also. The decor did not match at all, and everything looks old and broken. Even the bathroom is old and dirty. Cleaning is a most when you have a restaurant that serve good food and you expect everything to be perfectly clean in the restaurant because I can't imagine how's the kitchen area where they cook and nobody cant see
I've ordered to go 6/5/22 and my experience was not good. The order was steak, white rice , fried plantains and a plantain soup. The soup was not good, it seems that the kitchen was running out of the plantain soup and added water, disgusting. The steak was served in the same container as the salad. Who serves a salad with a hot item? . I've called the restaurant but no one picked up. This is an insult!!! They charge sell you poor quality food and there is not even someone to at least offer you an explanation. I was a regular customer but unfortunately this is the last time I ordered. Spent 30 dollars for an order and it was not worth it.
The food was great! Very flavorful and nice portions. The drinks were really good too! We had the Coconut Margarita and Coconut Mojito as well as the Tamarindo juice. The service was great also, our server was very nice. Can’t wait to go back!
This is by far the best Puerto Rican restaurant I've been to. My family and I have been checking out all of the PR restaurants around central Florida and this one wins, hands down. The food was delicious and huge portions, the quality of the churrasco was on point, the prices were appropriate. Had the arañitas, alcapuria de yuca con carne, and the queso frito with guava sauce as appetizers and my family and I devoured it all. For dinner I had the mofongo de yuca relleno de churrasco al ajillo and it was so delicious! My mom had the mofongo relleno de pollo al ajillo and she gave it rave reviews as well. My dad ordered the chuleta kan-kan and he loved it. Excellent service and nice ambience. Definitely will return!
Amazingly yummy! The food was on point, we ordered a side of The traditional side of Rice Mamposteo which was great too!! We will go back and plan for the wait on the weekend..we sat at the Bar which was fine for once in awhile. If you want Great Puerto Rican food in Orlando you have to go....Riquísimo!!!
