So I was moved by Elegant Movers about 3 to 4 weeks ago and I am giving them 2 starts b/c for 1 they where supposed to be at my house  between 11-2 and didn't come till 4:30 (and I only found out they where on there way b/c I called them) then it took them 3 1/2 hours to move my two bedroom apartment in to the truck then then it took them till almost 10:00pm to move everything in my new house...... But the main reason I am writing this review is b/c I had to leave them at my old house b/c I had stuff I need to get done but they where so late I had to wait for them. when I got to my new home the "supervisor" who was supposed to be helping the other two guys (who  were very nice and respectful) move our stuff in was not doing ANYTHING but talking to my 17 yo brother outside somking and drinking a hard lemonade then when my mom and I went inside he did as well and  decided  to sit on my  couch!!!! I mean who does that? They also bent a lampshade to a 6 inch desk lamp that was not in box but they opened one of my boxes and put it in there. I had to pay for 3 guys but only 2 of them did any work?!?!? I will not be using them again but hope my review helps you

The company was recommended to me by a friend who had had a good experience, but I can't say that my experience was pleasant. They were 7 hours late to pick up one bedroom's worth of furniture. I understand that they had another job that took longer than they expected, but their tardiness really hung me out to dry. When I tried to explain where my storage unit was, he had the audacity to complain that it was far when in reality it was a ten minute drive from my house. I ended up having to trust them enough to move my stuff in without me (I was on the road at this point) and then deliver the key to my storage unit to my friends that were remaining at our house. I assumed this would be done the next morning, but no, they were late again and didn't deliver the key until two days later. I specifically asked him to let me know when he had delivered it, which he did not. Again, they were recommended to me by someone who had a good experience, and it's clear from the reviews that that is common, but I will not be calling them again.

I've used Elegant Movers several times over the past few years and they are a step above the rest.  They go above and beyond of what other movers I've hired and make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

I don't know what everybody else is talking about I had nothing but great results with elegant movers I would recommend them highly to anybody even even non-smokers
