The move only was for ten miles. They appeared to have a good supply of blankets to protect our furniture, but after it was done, there were several scratches in the finish of our very nice furniture. Was stonewalled by the local agent's customer rep, so I inquired at the headquarters claims department. Filled out the claim form, sent digital pictures of the damage, and indicated I would have the damage repaired and let them know how much. The furniture was repaired to our satisfaction and I indicated I was ready to agree to a settlement. The claims rep indicated my claim was waiting for approval. This situation has gone on for two months. My emails no longer get a response from the claims rep.Obviously this tactic has paid off for them in the past; the claimant just giving up and going away. It's a shame that a company that touts "The Best Move You've Ever Had" gets away with treating people like this.

BUYER BEWARE!! READ THE REAL REVIEWS, NOT THE CRAP THEY MADE UP THEMSELVES!! The movers waited until they had already started loading the truck to tell us about some of the extra fees, then more fees which I didn't hear about until the I called to complain about being over charged! They packed the truck with boxes first, and only about 5' high and then told us that they wouldn't be able to fit all the furniture and the rest of the boxes in (because they hadn't stacked everything correctly!) so my 67 yr old mother and I spent the next 2 days moving the rest of the stuff with our cars! When I called to complain, the assistant manager seemed very concerned and promised to get back to me after he talked to his manager. I sent in pictures I had taken of how the truck was packed incorrectly as proof that the movers had obviously gotten bored halfway through and just didn't finish the job. I never heard back from anyone at the company and when I called again, the number wouldn't go through!! I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone and I will definitely tell everyone I know what a horrible job they did. I am also adding to the incredibly long list of bad reviews that this company has all over the internet!

Did not show or call on day reserved. My girlfriend printed out the conversation she had with Jay CONFIRMING the reservation but when she called and spoke with Howard, he said it was only a quote and there was nothing he could do except schedule us for another day. Schedule....another no show? These people are IDIOTS! Save yourself a headache and do not use these bone heads.

CHAOS! This company should be ashamed of themselfs - the 1-800 rep and the office have no comunication at all as a result they showed up with 2 instead of 3 men. They grumbled all day. We hired packers the day before and they did not complete what they needed to. They charged us all sorts of extra fees that were never disclosed over the phone (20% workers fee??) PLUS TRUCK FEE!! Numerous fragile items werent boxed properly in boxes - many of which were on the bottom of a stack of 4 boxes with books on top! I cannot recommend this moving company at all. We used them 2 years earlier and they did a fine job - but after this fiasco - NEVER AGAIN!

Beware! They add 20% charge on top of your total bill! i used them last week and they totally came up with that fee that changed the whole bill! 20% on top of the whole bill means that they add 20% to all the boxes/tape etc so your hourly rate comes out to over $100 an hour rather than $85 they clam on the phone! why do rip off people like that??? the office in tucson is useless and they just transfer you to the 1-800 number which doesn't care at all since they are not even local ... i will never use again!
