BEWARE! These reviews must be friends bec I took them for a good referenace for this place, and I just had to walk out (I would have been a new client ) before even letting anyone touch my hair , nothing but bad vibes sadly upon entering ,Jesse (colorist) does not know how to talk to customers during consultation or how to politely disagree. She constantly interrupted me and told me she wanted to do things her way based off a picture she wanted me to provide , did not want my color codes I provided from prior Aveda salon, did not listen to what I wanted .Was not even familiar in how to read them ,had to ask salon owner how to read them. Everyone's entitled to a bad day but I work in customer service and I could not believe how much they both talked down to me like I was a Pos.

I felt as though she did not want to even do my hair, or that she was judging me with her eyes (maybe that's just a resting expression or her personality but very sad. Dawn (owner) did nothing to fix the situation , interrupted her clients experience to come over , talk over me and receptionist conversation and rather see you walk out the door than find a solution . And that's exactly what happened after she yelled at me that I was rude , all I did was stand up for myself and let her know I'd be writing this review and she said "I sounded like the type that would ". Customer service skills non existent.

Excellent service and the owner is on site, overseeing customer satisfaction. Love my color and my cut!
